Antibiotics are those medicines which fight against the bacterial infection present in human or animal body, These medicines help to fight against those bacterial infection or make it tough for the bacteria to grow more in human body and these also help to kill the bacterial infection. These include a large range of drugs that help to fight against the bacteria.
The first antibiotic was discovered in 1928 by Alexander Fleming Proff. of Bacteriology in St. Mary Hospital, London.
These antibiotic may lead to drop of some Red and White Blood cells.
