First country to increase sale of Electric car over cars based on Fossil fuel.

 Norway is only country to increase the sale of Electric cars overtaking those cars based on Fossil fuels. Norway became the first where five in every 100 passenger cars to plug in attained 10% in 2018 and In 2021 attained about 18%.
