What is the Difference Between LCD and LED?

LCDs for liquid crystal display and LEDs for Light emitting diode. Liquid crystals do not emit light directly, instead using a backlight or reflector to produce images in color or monochrome. The colour accuracy is better in LEDs than LCDs. These both are in flat display. There is less dominancy of Dark or Black colour in LEDs than LCDs. LEDs is the upgraded version of LCDs.
