Why dual tyres are provided in heavy vehicles?

Dual tyres are provided in heavy vehicles not for only one reason, these are provide for many of the reasons like for providing stability, balancing and easy grip but the first and foremost reason is due to the principle of higher the area of the contact lesser the pressure over the object so it means the main focus is on reducing pressure that's all.

Heavy vehicles are usually equipped with two tyres, one on the outside of the tyre and one on the inside. This is to provide better grip on the road and improve your speed.

The outside tyre is less grip than the inside tyre. This means that if you are trying to stop quickly your outside tyre will let you know and it will start to lose grip quickly. This will cause you to slow down and miss your opportunity to stop.

The inside tyre, on the other hand, has more grip  – even if you are at the same speed as the outside tyre. This means that if you're trying to stop quickly your inside tyre will keep you safe and it will start to have more grip. This will keep you safe and allow you to stop quickly.

Thank you
